What are Zen Vibrapoint Bowls?

Zen Vibrapoint bowls are therapeutic metal singing bowls made by Zen Singing Bowls. A hole is drilled into the bowl, and a handle is attached. The vibration moved down the handle, so the bowl can be placed on the body for bodywork. The vibration enters the body, and then can be worked with much like a traditional tuning fork. 

Zen Vibrapoint bowls are effective because you get both the multi-tonal benefits of the metal singing bowls, and the vibration of a tuning fork, in a single product.

 

What size of Vibrapoint bowl should I buy?

Vibrapoint bowls are sold in three weights and sizes, 700, 900 and 1250.

While 1250 may be the largest and deepest tone, this size can also be a little weighty on the wrist. We suggest getting the 1250 if you know for certain you need that depth of tone.

The 900 is generally the perfect size bowl to get a good depth of tone, in a size that is not too heavy. This is our highest recommendation.

The 700 is good for people who either need the higher tone, or definitely need something lightweight to use.
