How can I earn a higher discount?

Every order from Sunreed Instruments earns you points. You can redeem the points at checkout for a discount off your next order.
The higher your Rewards tier, the more points you earn. Learn about the tiers below.
Tier 1: Serenity: Earn 2 pts per $1 spent. Automatically enrolled when you makes a Sunreed account. This equates to 2% back on your purchase.
Tier 2: Clarity: Earn 3 pts per $1 spent. Automatically enrolled when you spend over $700 on instruments at Sunreed. This can be over multiple purchases. This equates to 3% back on your purchase.
Tier 3: Luminous: Earn 5 pts per $1 spent. Automatically enrolled when you spend over $1500 on instruments at Sunreed. This can be over multiple purchases. This equates to 5% back on your purchase.
How much in store credit are points worth?
100 pts = $1
1000 pts = $10
10000 pts = $100
How do I access my points? How do I see how many points I have?
- You can see how many points you have by signing into your Sunreed account. From the home page, there is a Rewards pop up that will show you all your Rewards information.
- From within the Rewards pop-up, you can redeem your points for items or a coupon code to be used at checkout.
Rules
- Customers are limited to using 30000 on any one purchase. This equates to $300.
- Points can only be used as store credit on instrument purchases at www.sunreed.com, and not training registrations.
- Orders previous to 1/5/24 are not eligible for this Rewards Program.
- If an order is returned or refunded, the points gained from that purchase will automatically be deducted from your account.
- Sunreed has the right to change, or end, this Rewards Program at any time, without notice.
- Points can not be transferred from one customer account to another.
- Points can only be used by a customer when they are signed into their account.
