Find Your Perfect Note For A Crystal Singing Bowl

Find The Perfect Note For Your Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl!

When buying the right crystal singing bowl for you, trust your hearing. You don't need to select a bowl because you heard it will heal a specific part of you. This is not true. Trust that your ears and body will know what it likes to listen to. Listen to the sound files below (with headphones preferably), and hear what singing bowl sound connects with you. What sound do you like? This is the crystal singing bowl that you will want to work with, form a relationship with, and use day in and day out with your practice. Any singular bowl can be expanded upon in the future with more bowls, creating harmonics or even a full chakra set.

Below are singing bowl sound files for almost all of the notes that are possible in a quartz crystal singing bowl. Each sound file has a recommendation for the size of that singing bowl in a frosted or empyrean bowl. You can use these sound files to narrow down your favorite note for either a frosted, empyrean, clear or handle bowl. The sound files begin in the lower octave (the 3rd octave), and goes into the 4th octave. Typically, crystal bowls are purchased in the 4th octave. Chakra sets are in the 4th octave.

We recommend to start listening to the singing bowl sound files of the 3rd octave F Note singing bowl or the 4th octave C Note singing bowl, and listening to the sounds around those notes to see if there are any that you especially like.
