Product Description:
This is a Japanese scale, which means "rob dawn". With each of our transverse flutes, we suggest holding an intention while playing, and allow the flute to carrying out that intention. The suggested intention to have when playing this flute is to the rising sun, in being present and available with the day, and recognizing yourself as a part of the cycle of the sun.
This flute is made in Portugal by Rui Gomes, a deeply intentioned full time flute maker who we are grateful to be working with. Each piece of bamboo is harvested from Northern Portugal and cured by Rui.
