Product Description: These are all our most highly recommended strikers for our frosted and empyrean bowls. The striker is a pure quartz crystal rod with a silicon sleeve covering half of it. The silicon plays the crystal bowl effortlessly, without the 'swishing' sound a suede striker makes on frosted bowls. Its play-ability is similar to a ball striker, though unlike a ball striker, you no longer need to concern yourself with having the wooden handle of the ball striker contact the surface of the frosted bowl with its disheartening sound. We have gone through many versions of these crystal strikers to ensure we have found a quality of silicon that truly plays the bowls effortlessly, to have the length of the handle to be comfortable, and to have the length of the silicon long enough to prevent accidental contact between the quartz rod and the bowl.
