Meditation is an old human concept. It is truly an ancient and well-worn practice.

When we meditate, we rest, attend, realize, and cultivate coherent states within us.  

Sound supports the meditative process in a very simple way.

The power of sound, combined with focused intention and attention, simplifies and elevates our meditative practice.

Where before, it was difficult to pay attention to the breath, now with sound, it is a little bit easier.

Where before, we were distracted by thought, sound opens us to the present moment so we may attend more directly.

Sound is a gateway to awareness. In awareness, we may realize, have epiphany, let go, and move energy. In awareness, we may know, or directly see. In awareness we may know peace, joy, love, equanimity and right action.

Keep it simple. Trust in simple sound.

Simply produce harmonic tones or a simple rhythm, and let that beautiful sound support your focus on coherence.
