Returns, Exchanges, and Damages in Shipping

General Return Policy: 

  • All of our products are guaranteed to arrive in new working condition.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of order.
  • The item needs to be in new, unused condition, in original packaging in order to receive full credit, refund or exchange (less shipping costs). 
  • Please contact us prior to making your return, so we can give you the appropriate return address. 
  • The method used for payment will be used for any refund due.
  • Items marked 'by Special Order' or ‘By commission' (instruments or paintings made to your specifications,) may not be returned without prior approval.  
  • CD’s and DVD’s may be returned only if unopened.

To Keep in Mind:

  • On some occasions, what appears to be a problem with an instrument may simply be a matter of learning to use it correctly. 
  • We are here to assist you, and skilled at helping. We may also be able to assist you in a better selection if you are unhappy with an instrument you chose. 
  • We strive for your satisfaction. 

Is There A Restocking Fee? 

  • There is a $20 restocking fee on all crystal bowl orders of more than one bowl.
  • There is a $20 restocking fee on all gong stands.

For Exchanges

  • We welcome you to select any item for exchange, and you will only be billed for any additional cost for that product, including shipping.  
  • We will immediately refund any balance due from an exchange, by the original payment method. 
  • For any warranty exchanges we will pay shipping back to you, with the exception of International orders which may be required to pay shipping both ways, even for warranty exchange.

Damages Incurred During Shipping:

  • While it is rare, if any item arrives damaged, please contact us by the next business day. Our crystal bowls and all other items are packed very well and it is rare to have an item arrived damaged, but if this occurs, please do follow these instructions:
  • All packages must be inspected for damage at the time of receipt, and any damage must be reported within 3 days.  
  • All items are shipped fully insured.  If damage occurs during shipping, all packaging must be kept for possible inspection by the shipping agent.
  • Please contact us before returning the item.  

Lost Packages: 

  • If your package was lost or stolen at the time of delivery, please report this to us and your delivery company. We will try our best to help in the situation.

What If I Received Free Shipping Off My Original Order?: 

  • If you received free shipping off your original order, the shipping cost discounted will need to be taken off of your refunded amount in the case of a return. For example, if your original order was for $200, and you received free shipping worth $20, your refunded amount will be $180, taking off the original cost paid to have the product shipped to you.

Gift Cards Are Non-refundable: 

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased with a gift card may be returned for store credit.

Frosted Bowl Warranty

  • Frosted quartz crystal singing bowls are warrantied for one month after the original date of order. If the bowl arrives broken, or is damaged within the first month from point of order, Sunreed Instruments will replace the bowl, or give customer a credit of the same value to be used on another instrument.
