Although rare, sometimes your package may arrive damaged, with contents inside broken or damaged during shipping. We fully insure each and every package we send out so in the case that this does happen we can easily send you a replacement 

If you have received a damaged item please keep all packing materials as well as the item and contact us! Upon getting in touch with us we will ask for pictures so we can file a claim with FedEx. Once we receive these pictures we will go ahead with processing a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
