Every audio package includes a complimentary one-hour online consultation to help you set up and learn the system.

Working with sound online requires equipment that can accurately capture the full range of tone produced by instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and drums.

Standard phone or computer microphones are not designed for this and often miss both the depth and clarity of the sound.

This package is designed for practitioners who want to play instruments and speak clearly, while working with a wider and more detailed setup. Each component has been carefully selected based on our own experience working with sound in both live and online environments.

With the addition of a speaker system, this setup can also be used for in-person sessions.

How the System Works

The condenser microphones capture your instruments, while the wireless voice microphone captures your speech.

The voice microphone connects wirelessly to a receiver, which is connected to the mixer using an XLR cable. The instrument microphones connect directly to the mixer using XLR cables.

The mixer allows you to balance and shape the sound, and then sends the combined signal to your computer via USB. Your computer recognizes the mixer as the audio input for Zoom, recording software, or live streaming platforms.

During your included consultation, we will guide you through setup and show you how to adjust the system for your instruments and space.

Is This the Right Setup for Me?

This package is ideal if you:

• Work with a wider instrument setup
• Want clear separation between multiple instruments and voice
• Are speaking and playing during your sessions

With two instrument microphones, you can comfortably cover an area of approximately 6 × 3 feet—such as a full set of crystal singing bowls, or a combination of bowls and a gong.

If you are working with a larger setup, additional instruments, or want more detailed coverage, a 4-microphone system may be a better fit.

SE7 or SE8 — Which Should I Choose?

Both are high-quality condenser microphones designed for instruments:

• SE7 – well suited for mid-range instruments such as bowls and chimes
• SE8 – offers greater depth and detail, especially for lower-frequency instruments like gongs and drums

Lavalier or Headset — Which Wireless Microphone Should I Choose?

This package includes your choice of a wireless lavalier or headset microphone.

A lavalier microphone clips onto your shirt at chest level. This is beneficial because it is discreet and not on your head.

The lavalier microphone, at times, can rub against your clothing as you move, which may create unwanted noise in your audio. This can be avoided with proper placement, though it is something to consider.

A headset microphone is worn on your head, with the microphone positioned near your mouth. This provides consistent and reliable sound quality, especially if you are moving throughout your session.

The headset is more visible, which may be a consideration depending on your presentation style.

Why Not Use a USB Microphone?

USB microphones are simple to use but are generally not designed to capture the full range and intensity of sound healing instruments. They often lack the depth and clarity needed for these applications.

This system uses professional audio equipment designed specifically to handle the complexity of these instruments, resulting in a more accurate and immersive sound.
