Product Description: This is the original long lasting Spiral Sounds® Rainstick. We are so grateful to be able to now offer this to our community.

The beads fall down from the top compartment slowly, and rains upon the wooden helix structure, making a continuous rain sound. It is both wonderful to hear, and watch.

This is the small version. It lasts for about 40 seconds per turn.

This crystal version is made with small glass beads. It is the loud version of the rainstick. Where the amaranth version is soft and background, this crystalline version is louder, and can be perceived as a big more encompassing. It is a small rainstick though, so it is still soft. It is continuous and helps concentration focus in on the present moment. It is good for relaxation, and aligning. It will support meditations involving aligning to uplifted states, or relaxing muscle, tissue and mental thought processes. 

The small version is quieter then the large version. It is a very suitable sound to be used in a private practice, or to be used in a small intimate group setting. If you are in a larger yoga room space, the large spiral rainstick would be more suiting. This would be a nice tool to have next to your bed to use before you go to sleep, or to have for quick mental resets. You can include it in breathwork meditation, and have the continuous sound support the focus in on the breath.
