The Professional Sound Bath Frosted Crystal Bowl Set builds upon the foundation established by our Foundational Sound Bath Set, adding two carefully selected bowls that expand the harmonic possibilities of the collection. Developed from the combined experience of Sunreed™ educators Zacciah Blackburn and Dorothy Stone, this set reflects many years of leading immersive sound experiences and training practitioners in the art of sound healing.

By introducing two A bowls (one 14" and one 8") into the existing harmonic structure, the collection moves beyond foundational intervals into a richer relationship of melody, harmony, and tonal movement while remaining beautifully approachable to play.

An Expanded Harmonic Foundation

The set begins with the same carefully chosen foundation as our Foundational Sound Bath Set: a deep 14" F, followed by a 12" C, a 10" F, and an 8" C. These bowls create a beautiful progression of perfect fifths, perfect fourths, and octaves that produce a spacious and uplifting soundscape.

The Professional Set expands this foundation by adding a 14" A and an 8" A. These additional bowls introduce the third interval into the harmonic field, allowing the practitioner to explore fuller chord structures and more expressive melodic movement.

Where the foundational set establishes a beautiful harmonic landscape, the addition of the A bowls creates new opportunities for emotional color, musical expression, and evolving relationships between the tones. The result is a collection that feels more spacious, more complete, and capable of supporting a wider variety of sound journeys.

The Theta Companion Bowl

Like the Foundational Set, this collection includes a second 12" C bowl. When played together with the primary 12" C, the two bowls create an approximate 6 Hz theta binaural relationship.

Many practitioners enjoy introducing this subtle harmonic interaction during quieter portions of a session, allowing participants to settle more deeply into spacious listening and contemplative awareness while remaining fully integrated within the larger harmonic field.

Designed for Professional Practice

Every bowl has been selected not only for its note, but also for its size. Their proportions allow each bowl to respond easily to the striker while producing strong, sustained tones with excellent balance across the entire collection.

The set includes two nesting carrying cases that safely store and transport the bowls while keeping the collection compact for travel.

Also included is the Sunreed™ Silicone Quartz Striker, chosen for its exceptionally smooth playing experience. The silicone surface minimizes contact noise while allowing both striking and singing techniques to reveal the natural clarity and sustain of the bowls.

Use in Practice

You might begin with the grounding 14" F before gradually introducing the 12" C and the remaining bowls. As the harmonic field develops, the added A bowls naturally deepen the experience, creating fuller relationships between the notes and allowing melodies to emerge alongside the sustained harmonies.

Later in the practice, the second 12" C can be introduced beside the first to add another subtle layer of harmonic movement within the soundscape.

There is no need to play continuously or fill every moment with sound. Often the richest experiences arise by allowing each bowl to fully express its voice before introducing the next, creating space for the harmonies to unfold naturally.
