Palo Santo

Warm aroma. Grounded atmosphere.

This offering includes approximately 1 ounce of Palo Santo (about 3–5 sticks, each around 4 inches in length). Each bundle is packaged by us here at Sunreed.

Our Palo Santo comes from Peru, where this fragrant wood has long been valued in traditional spiritual and ceremonial practices. Often referred to as Holy Wood, it has been used for generations as a natural incense for cleansing spaces, preparing for meditation, and supporting prayer or ritual.

When gently lit, Palo Santo releases a warm, resinous scent that many experience as both grounding and uplifting.

The smoke can be used to clear a space, mark the beginning or end of a session, or create a calm and intentional environment for practice.

Working with Palo Santo

Palo Santo can be used simply and intentionally:
• Light the end of the stick and allow it to burn briefly
• Blow out the flame and let the smoke rise
• Gently move the smoke through your space or around the body

Palo Santo invites a slowing down.

It can be used to prepare a space, shift attention, or create a sense of transition—supporting a more intentional and grounded experience.
