A sweet starting point with plenty of room to expand

At 14", this bowl is an ideal size for a 432hz tuned C note. It can hold plenty of vibration, so it is easy to find a nice smooth tonality with the bowl, and is easy to play. Customers find 14" a nice size to not be too heavy or large, and to move around a space easily.  

The C note is often felt to be sweet in nature, not too high in tone, or not too low, but a good middle ground to either sink into a grounding calm, or call forth a high elation. 

It is simple to expand harmonically from this C note, either lower or higher in tone, going to a larger harmonic, or even a full chakra set.

This starter kit includes what is needed to begin working with the bowl. The classic nesting case allows for storage and transport, while the included O-ring supports stable placement during play. The magic mallet offers a soft, responsive contact point, making it easier to draw out a full tone without force. The upgraded Fluffy Quartz Striker is one number one recommendation for quality of tone and playability. Together, these elements create a straightforward entry into working with crystal sound.

Use in Practice

This bowl can serve as a starting place for entering into joy.

You might begin by placing the bowl on its O-ring and allowing a single strike to fully emerge and fade. Softly move the striker around the rim until you find a nice stable sound, and just meet that sound with a small smile, and feel a sense of joy enter your heart space. From here, you can let that feeling expand around your body.
