These bowls are tested to a women's 11 or men's 9.5 size foot, and smaller.

These are just normal large metal bowls, 16 inches. We have a number of these bowls here in our office, that we have been having a good time standing in and striking. The vibration from the bowl goes up the feet, and the vibration pulses all around the body. It is a great way to do a little reset meditation, to let go of stress and bring in positive clear energy. You only need to strike the bowl 3-4 times, feel into the vibration, and form a positive intention with the vibration to experience the effects of the bowl. We have been enjoying doing this in the office for a little break.

You can also put these bowls on the body. They are heavy so provide a nice weight on the back or stomach. There is a good deal of vibration that gets sent into the body then that can be used for clearing and moving energy.

The bowls come with a medium felt mallet, and thin cloth pad to sit on.
