Koshi Chimes | Earth Symphony Collection

Inspired by nature. Clear, flowing harmony.

The Koshi Earth Symphony Collection brings together four beautifully tuned chimes inspired by the natural world: Mountain, Ocean, River, and Forest. Each offers its own melodic character, inviting a connection to the landscapes, elements, and rhythms of nature.

Handcrafted at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains in France, Koshi chimes are known for their clear, flowing harmonies and gentle resonance. Each chime features a bamboo body with eight finely tuned metal rods, creating a rich interplay of tones and overtones that unfold naturally with movement.

Four Voices of Nature

The Earth Symphony Collection features four distinct tunings, each inspired by a different expression of the natural world.

• Mountain – Inspired by the stillness, strength, and spaciousness of the mountains.
• Ocean – Inspired by the movement, openness, and continuous rhythm of the sea.
• River – Inspired by flowing water, gentle movement, and the natural unfolding of sound.
• Forest – Inspired by the quiet presence, richness, and living rhythms of the forest.

Each chime has its own musical identity. We encourage you to listen with your intuition when experiencing the different sound samples

Form and Placement

Lightweight and easy to play, each chime can be held in the hand and gently swayed, allowing its melody to unfold naturally. They can also be hung in a doorway or near an open window, where a passing breeze can bring the chime to life.
