The 55.5 Hz Holy Body Resonance Tuning Fork is our preferred tuning fork for working directly on the body. Its low tone produces a deep, gentle vibration with a long sustain, making it especially well suited for slow, focused bodywork.

What makes this fork particularly useful is its longer-than-normal stem. The extended stem provides more room to comfortably hold, position, and apply the tuning fork to different areas of the body, giving the practitioner greater control during a session.
Once activated, the fork can be placed gently against the body to bring its vibration into a focused area. The low 55.5 Hz frequency has a soft, sustained quality that can be incorporated into massage, deep tissue work, and other hands-on practices.
A Way to Begin
Activate the fork and gently place the end of the stem against the area you are working with. Allow the vibration to naturally diminish before activating it again. Explore different placements and pressures, paying attention to how the vibration feels and responds throughout the body.
