This set brings together five Himalayan metal singing bowls, arranged in a harmonic sequence from C through E, F, G, and returning to C.

The result is a broader tonal field—offering both grounding and movement within a single, cohesive set.

A Note About Our Source And 432hz Tuning

Achieving a set like this is difficult. We have been on the look out for a way to consistently provide well tuned 8 bowl sets for many years. Metal bowls are multi-tonal, so they play a range of tones within a specific note.

We are so happy to have met our new metal bowl curator, who is from and works in Nepal. He selects each bowl for us specifically because they play within the range of 432hz tuning for each note.

Once the bowls gets to us, we play them alongside a 432hz tone generator to hear the note in the bowls. However, digital tuning apps may register slightly different readings for each bowl, and we do not guarantee these as perfect pitch 432hz bowls. Our main goal with these sets is tonal coherence within the scale. After listening to each bowl, we then put together sets for the quality of their harmonies together. 

A Wider and Evolving Voice

With five bowls, the sound begins to open outward.

Lower tones provide a steady foundation, while the middle and upper bowls introduce variation and subtle contrast. The additional F expands the set beyond a simple triad—creating more space for movement between tones.

Played together, the bowls form a layered and evolving field.

Use in Practice

This set offers both simplicity and range.

You may begin with a single bowl, returning to it consistently. Or you may move gradually through the set, noticing how each tone changes the quality of attention and space.

Form and Feel

Each bowl rests on its own cushion, allowing it to resonate fully.

The included mallets and gongers offer different approaches to sound—whether through a clear, defined strike or a softer, more continuous tone.

As with all hand-worked metal bowls, each piece carries slight variations in tone, sustain, and response.

Tuning Note

Metal bowls naturally produce a range of overtones.

Because of this, digital tuning apps may register slightly different notes depending on how the bowl is played.

Each bowl in this set has been tuned and verified through both listening and measurement, with attention to how the tones relate to one another as a set—not just as isolated frequencies.
