This set includes two Himalayan metal singing bowls, tuned closely in pitch, C (128hz) and B (123hz).

When played together, the small difference between the tones creates a gentle oscillation within the sound. Rather than hearing two separate notes, the ear begins to follow a soft pulsing movement that emerges between them.

These two bowls are tuned so that the difference between their tones falls within the Theta range (approximately 3–7hz).
