Every audio package includes a complimentary one-hour online consultation to help you set up and learn the system.

Working with sound online requires equipment that can accurately capture the full range of tone produced by instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and drums. Standard phone or computer microphones are not designed for this and often miss both the depth and clarity of the sound.

This package includes the essential components needed to share your sound clearly in an online setting. Each piece has been carefully selected based on our own experience working with sound in both live and virtual environments.
With the addition of a speaker system, this setup can also be used for in-person sessions.

How the System Works

The condenser microphone captures the sound of your instruments (and voice if needed). It connects to the mixer using an XLR cable.

The mixer allows you to shape the sound using simple controls such as volume and tone, and then sends the signal to your computer through USB. Your computer recognizes the mixer as the audio input for Zoom, recording software, or live streaming platforms.

During your included consultation, we will guide you through setup and show you how to adjust the system for your instruments and space.

Is One Microphone Enough?

This package is best suited for those who are primarily playing instruments and speaking minimally.

A single condenser microphone can clearly capture instruments within an area of approximately 3 × 3 feet—for example, a small set of crystal bowls, chimes, or a flute.

It can also pick up your voice, though it may sound slightly more distant. If you plan to speak frequently while playing, or want more vocal clarity, a two-microphone setup (with a dedicated voice mic) may be a better choice.

SE7 or SE8 — Which Should I Choose?

Both microphones are high-quality condenser “instrument” microphones designed to capture a wide range of tone.

• SE7 – well suited for mid-range instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes
• SE8 – offers greater depth and detail, especially for lower-frequency instruments like gongs and drums

If your setup includes deeper tones or you want a fuller sound overall, the SE8 is recommended.

Why Not Use a USB Microphone?

While USB microphones are simple to use, they are generally not designed to capture the full range and intensity of sound healing instruments. They often struggle with both volume and tonal depth.

This system uses professional audio equipment designed specifically to handle the complexity of these instruments, resulting in a clearer and more accurate listening experience.
