This short guide will help you find your first frosted singing bowl.
To begin, trust your hearing. You don't need to select a bowl because you heard it will heal a specific part of you. Trust that your ears and body will know what it likes to listen to.
Listen to the sound files below (with headphones preferably), and hear what note connects with you. What note do you like? This is a note that you will want to work with, form a relationship with, and use day in and day out with your practice.
Any singular bowl can be expanded upon in the future with more bowls, creating harmonics or even a full chakra set. Start with finding some notes you know you will like working with. Then, contact us. We consult with practitioners everyday, helping to clarify the option and bowl that will work for their practice.
