The Complete Sound Bath Frosted Crystal Bowl Set represents the fullest expression of our sound bath crystal singing bowl collections. Developed from the combined experience of Sunreed™ educators Zacciah Blackburn and Dorothy Stone after many years of leading transformative sound experiences, in collaboration with store manager Jonathan Wood, this collection has been thoughtfully assembled to provide not only beautiful harmonies, but a complete musical landscape for meditation, therapeutic work, and immersive sound baths.

Building upon the Professional Sound Bath Set, this expanded collection introduces two additional bowls (11" D and 10" G) that deepen the melodic possibilities of the instrument family. The result is a soundscape capable of moving naturally from grounding stillness into uplifting musical journeys, allowing the practitioner to create evolving experiences rather than simply individual tones.

A Complete Harmonic Landscape

The collection begins with the same harmonic foundation as our Foundational and Professional Sets: a deep 14" F, 12" C, 10" F, and 8" C. Together, these bowls establish a spacious relationship of perfect fifths, perfect fourths, and octaves that naturally support meditation and deep listening.

The Professional additions of the 14" A and 8" A introduce the third interval, opening the door to fuller chord structures, richer harmonies, and more expressive musical relationships.

The Complete Sound Bath Set expands even further by adding an 11" D and a 10" G. These additional tones create new pathways through the harmonic landscape, allowing melodies to unfold naturally while maintaining the grounding resonance of the lower bowls.

Rather than moving between isolated harmonies, the collection begins to feel like a living musical instrument capable of carrying participants through spacious, uplifting sound journeys. From the deep bass of the 14" F to the clear voice of the 8" C, the bowls invite a continuous unfolding of tone that feels both grounded and expansive.

The Theta Companion Bowl

Like the Professional and Foundational Sets, this collection includes a second 12" C bowl. When played together with the primary 12" C, the two bowls create an approximate 6 Hz theta binaural relationship.

Many practitioners enjoy introducing this subtle harmonic interaction during quieter portions of a session, allowing participants to settle more deeply into spacious listening while remaining beautifully integrated within the larger musical field created by the entire collection.

Designed for Complete Practice

Each bowl has been selected not only for its note, but also for its size. Together, they provide a balanced collection that responds easily to the striker while producing strong, sustained tones across the entire range of the set.

The collection includes three nesting carrying cases that make transportation and storage simple while protecting the bowls during travel.

Also included is the Sunreed™ Silicone Quartz Striker, chosen for its exceptionally smooth playing experience. The silicone surface minimizes contact noise while allowing both striking and singing techniques to reveal the natural clarity, sustain, and purity of each bowl's voice.

Use in Practice

You might begin with the deep 14" F, allowing its grounding resonance to settle into the space before gradually introducing the remaining bowls. As the harmonic field develops, the additional A, D, and G bowls naturally expand the possibilities, allowing melodies to emerge alongside the harmonies.

Rather than simply creating intervals, the collection invites movement. Gentle melodic phrases can rise naturally from the deep bass foundation toward the brighter upper bowls, creating journeys that feel spacious, uplifting, and continuously evolving.

The second 12" C may then be introduced alongside the first, adding another subtle layer of harmonic movement within the broader soundscape.
