The Zen Acero Series gongs offer a unique tonal experience that sits between the qualities of a Chau gong and a Wind gong.

Their form and material create a voice that is both grounded and expansive, holding a clear fundamental tone while naturally opening into a rich field of harmonics.

A Blended Tonal Character

A soft strike reveals a warm, steady fundamental tone, similar to a Chau gong. At the same time, additional harmonics begin to emerge more easily, bringing a sense of movement and texture often associated with Wind gongs.

Gongs are handcrafted, metal instruments. Because of this, each gong will carry natural variations in its surface, coloration, and subtle aspects of its sound. Each gong is carefully selected for its sound quality, tonal balance, and overall presence.

At Sunreed™, we take great care in preparing each instrument before it leaves our shop. Many of the instruments we offer are handmade or individually selected, and each one is carefully inspected, listened to, and packed so it arrives safely and ready for practice.

Products typically ship the next business day with FedEx or USPS and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days within the US. International shipments may take up to 4 weeks.
