These key of F sets represent the preference and practice of our teachers, Zacciah Blackburn and Dorothy Stone. Between 14" and 8" sizes, this set represents both the lowest and highest in tone you can get for frosted bowls, offering a expansive potential for working with deep grounded earth energies, to the high elation of the 8" C, and the wonderful harmonics in between.

Choosing Between Harmonic Bowl Sets

Each harmonic set creates a wonderful uplifted environment. So much can be achieved with just a few harmonic bowls. As additional bowls are introduced, the ability for creating harmonic melodies naturally expands.

Choosing a Key

Harmonic sets are offered in different keys (ex. Key of C, A or F)

The relationships between notes remain the same, while the overall pitch shifts:

• Key of F — For the deepest grounding, and greatest range of tone
  
• Key of A — A middle ground, for offering depth of tone with a balanced expression
  
• Key of C — A classic standard, sweet and clear in tone and ready for angelic elation

There is no right answer. Selection is often based on listening preference and feel.

432Hz or 440Hz Tuning

These sets are available in:

• 440Hz — the international standard for musical tuning
  
• 432Hz — a slightly lower pitch across all notes
  

All bowls are tuned within ±5 cents of perfect pitch, ensuring clear and stable harmonic relationships.

Build Quality & Guarantee

Every frosted crystal singing bowl is individually played and inspected before it leaves Sunreed™.

Each bowl is tested at least three separate times, allowing us to evaluate the quality of the rim, ease of play, tuning accuracy, clarity of voice, and quality of sustain. Only bowls that meet our standards become part of a complete set.

Each bowl in our sets is selected for its clarity, tone, and precise tuning.

Tuning plays a central role in how harmonies are experienced. When bowls are closely aligned in pitch, the relationships between notes become more coherent—creating a smoother, more stable field of sound.

All bowls are crafted from premium-grade crystal and are tuned within ±5 cents of perfect pitch, exceeding common industry standards.

The result is a set that plays together as a unified system—clear, balanced, and consistent across the full range.
