With each contact on the drum, a second layer emerges through the rattle. The result is a combined rhythm: one grounded in the drum, the other moving alongside it.

Craft & Lineage

This piece is handmade by a Cree artisan, shaped through years of working with sound and natural materials.

The rattle head is formed from deer rawhide and filled with natural stone, creating a sound that is both full and responsive. Each piece carries subtle variations, shaped by the materials and the hand that makes it.
