Does Sunreed Offer a Warranty on its products?

We stand behind the quality of our products.  If an instrument fails within 90 days of purchase**, it may be returned for an equal exchange (hand-made items may have some variation in cosmetic appearance, but will be the same product.)  **We cannot warranty against the breakage of crystal bowls.  If a bowl has no evidence of damage on arrival, that is the extent to which we can warrant it against breakage.  If in the rare event it does not play well, it must be returned within our 15 day return policy.  (The bowls do not go out of tune, or stop playing over time.)  If we determine that a product has been misused or abused, this warranty is void.  Because we only deal in quality made products, it is rare that any product will not perform to your expectations.  If you are a new player, please be aware that a 'perceived' problem with an instrument, may indeed be a need to understand how it is to be played.  We are available to consult with you over proper playing to insure that is not the issue. 

We will strive to insure your satisfaction.  Please read care & instructional information that may accompany your instrument.  Please especially be mindful of crystal bowls if you are using them for the first time.  Though pure crystal, they are much like glass, and should not be struck hard, for instance.  We are available for consultation on the use of your instrument. 

Please contact us before returning any item, as it may need to ship to a different warehouse location. 

Any warranty from a manufacturer that accompanies your product will supercede this warranty, and you must then contact the manufacturer of that product for warranty inclusion.  No other expressed or implied warranties exist.
