Shipping & Returns

 What is Sunreed's policies for returns, exchanges, and damages that occur during shipping?

 

Returns:  All of our products are guaranteed to arrive in new, perfect working condition.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of purchase, in new, unused condition, for credit, refund or exchange, less shipping costs.  Please speak with us first.  On some occasions, what appears to be a problem with an instrument may simply be a matter of learning to use it correctly, for instance.  And, we are here to assist you, and skilled at helping!  We may, also, be able to assist you in a better selection if you are unhappy with an instrument you chose!  The method used for payment will be used for any refund due.  Items marked 'by Special Order' or ‘By commission' (instruments or paintings made to your specifications,) may not be returned without prior approval.  CD’s and DVD’s may be returned only if unopened.

 

During the holiday season, for any order placed between November 25 and December 25th, it may be returned by either January 2nd or two weeks after purchase, whichever is later, for a full exchange or refund, less shipping.

 

For Exchanges:  We welcome you to select any item for exchange, and you will only be billed for any additional cost for that product, including shipping.  We will immediately refund any balance due from an exchange.  For any warranty exchanges we will pay shipping back to you.  International orders may be required to pay shipping both ways. 

 

Damages Incurred During Shipping: While it is rare, if any item arrives damaged, please contact us by the next business day.  All packages must be inspected for damage at the time of receipt, and any damage must be reported within 3 days.  All items are shipped fully insured, (unless you elected to not include insurance in an international shipment.)  If damage occurs during shipping, all packaging must be kept for possible inspection by the shipping agent. Please contact us before returning the item.  We have different warehouses to which the items may need to be returned.
