Shipping and Delivery

How quickly do we ship? Orders are usually shipped within one business day. Orders received before 1 pm ET may ship same day. If you need your order expedited... overnight or two day we can usually accommodate that for any additional costs, please enter expedite order on our check out form in the Special Instructions box near the end of the order process.  You may also call us, or we will email you the cost of expedited shipping. You will receive a tracking number the day of shipment, watch your emails for this.  It may come directly from the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

All shipments are fully insured, unless you opt out of insured shipping for international shipments.

If the item you ordered is backordered when will we ship?  We will email you with an estimated date for shipping, within one business day.

Which shipping method do we use? We ship most domestic (USA) orders via USPS Priority Mail, which is usually delivered within 2-3 business days. For larger items (many crystal bowls and larger drums, we may ship Fedex orUPS. Orders to Canada usually ship via Priority Mail International; and most other international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International or UPS. International.  Shipping time varies depending on the destination country, as well as your country's customs process.

Do we ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. You may place your order and we will not charge it until we contact you with the cost of shipping, and you approve it.  Payment can be made using most credit cards or Paypal. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Sunreed Instruments. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. ***PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service offers only limited tracking services for International/Global Priority packages; lost or delayed packages may take extra time for replacement.)
