Product Description: This is a small cloth wrapped ball mallet designed by the mallet experts at Dragonfly Percussion. When you strike a gong with this mallet, it creates a higher accented tone. When using a fluffy big mallet on a gong, you will just get low fundamental tones, and the only higher tones usually come with the crash. This is an opportunity to get a wider variety of tone from the gong, with a higher accent, that is there without the gong crashing.
