These are clear crystal bowls binaural sets, both playing in the Theta range. Having a binaural set with clear bowls has advantages over having them with frsoted bowls. The sustain on them is long, forty seconds or more. This is much longer then a frosted bowl binaural set can sustain itself. So you can really just enjoy the effect of these bowls while lightly tapping them, rather then having to play them really hard. The sets have been hand picked because the bowls work well together. They are easy to play, and when played together create a clear oscillation. The oscillation is strong enough to be felt in the body when you are playing them.
Many of the bowls in these bowls are SUPERGRADE bowls, meaning they are 2-3 inches taller then normal clear bowls. This allows for greater sustain and strength of tone.
With either set you will receive o-rings and strikers to play the bowls.

On Theta Waves
Theta Waves are frequencies between 3-7hz. Theta Waves are associated with the deepest form of relaxation. The Theta state is when the brain slows almost to point of sleep while one is still fully conscious. Theta aids in heightened receptivity, provides one with flashes of dreamlike imagery, and can even bring long forgotten memories to the forefront of your mind. The Theta state is said to be the deepest possible stage of meditation. Some have even mentioned a sense of floating while in Theta state. Theta has also been identified as the gateway to learning and memory, and is said to make one receptive to information beyond ones normal conscious awareness. Theta meditation increases creativity, enhances learning, reduces stress and awakens intuition. We exclusively use the Theta binaurals in our meditations, and have had profound experiences while using them.
440h and 432hz Tuning: 440hz tuning is the standard tuning for instruments in the United States, in Europe and much else of the world. It means that the middle A note resonates just at 440hz, and all the other notes are tuned in relationship to A being 440hz. So, if you see a D, or G, or B on these listings, for example, we are not saying that those notes resonate to 440hz. Those notes are perfectly "in tune" to middle A being 440hz, so the bowls are perfectly in tune to classical standards of tuning instruments. 432hz tuning is if you take the middle A, and flatten it by 8hz and tune all the other notes in relationship to that. Many believe this gives the bowl special properties, though in our experience, we can just say it is a relaxing experience, where most of the sharpness has been taken out of the note.
